
蔡高峰,男,1992年出生,浙江诸暨人,博士研究生,硕士研究生导师,3044am永利集团3044noc校聘教授。2023年毕业于南京农业大学临床中兽医方向,现为中国畜牧兽医学会中兽医学分会会员,江西省微量元素与健康研究会理事,江西省农业农村厅科技特派员。主要研究方向为中药成分作为免疫调控物质,增强肠道黏膜免疫应答,改善肠道微生物菌群结构和促进肠道干细胞分化、潘氏细胞抗菌肽分泌的机制研究,以及中药提取物作为饲料添加剂在防治细菌性腹泻中的“替抗”研究。此外,通过整合纳米材料学与中药多糖免疫活性进行疫苗佐剂设计与开发、保护性免疫应答机制研究,重点对口服黏膜佐剂递送系统进行了深入优化和研究,并取得了一系列的重要进展。现主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、江西省自然科学基金青年项目1项、江西省职业早期青年科技人才培养项目1项,省级创新创业项目1项、校教改项目1项,并参与国家自然科学基金2项。近5年先后发表SCI学术论文20余篇,其中第一作者SCI收录6篇,作文核心1篇。
